The Preschool Emotions Project

The Big Emotions Across Development Lab collaborates with Dr. Sara Bufferd (University of Louisville) and the Child Anxiety and Mood Lab to conduct the Preschool Emotions Project (PEP) (PI: Bufferd). PEP is a multi-site study conducted at California State University San Marcos and the University of Maryland. PEP aims to understand the difference between typical and clinical levels of mood dysregulation (irritability, sadness, etc.) and anxiety in hopes of understanding risk factors for the development of emotional problems.
